"Jos.P. Hazard. 'Hazard Memorial Tower', from 'Recklefs Charlie' at Sea Side, Aug. 21, 83. The walls of the 'Memorial Tower' being completed this day, save a few stones of the top corner of Battlements thereof. The workmen appear therewith."
